In terms of which stakes I like the most I think by the individual effects.
tho its kinda hard to say that cuz all of them have the previous ones obviously.
I think black stake is the best designed one in the game because eternals are an interesting dynamic that, if on a joker you want to keep anyway, don't end up being much of a downside.
But on the other hand etenrals have made me force winning runs with jokers I would never keep normally because they were in my ante 1 pack.
Rentals are kinda similar in my mind but a different idea, you cant usually take them early but it is an interesting dynamic when you have good econ going.

I don't like red stake but its the first one so its the one you get used to the quickest.
Blue stake is literally so bad it's getting changed.
