My EVIL balatro list:

1. Canio — Rewards (and by that encourages) destruction of face cards, and so murder of human beings specifically. Malice is fully concious and he demands the most death of humans.
2. Trading card — Dismembers cards and sells them (as Canio still counts it as murder). Not for the enjoyment of it as canio, but for money.
3. Yorick — Rewards destruction of cards in general. A demolition specialist, if you will. His malice, if there is any, is shown through ignorance. He doesn't care if a card is face or not. (Taken the default deck, he probably assumes the cards destroyed are numbers, and so soulless surrounding items) wants to be left alone, ended up here by mistake
4. Madness — While he does murder a random joker, most of whom are human, it is aimless and he would be just as content with destroying street signs, boots and vehicles, so it's safe to say he has violent outbursts without concious malicious intent behind them. The court rulled him insane.
