Stuff like Hermit or Temperance are usually always worth taking.

Death depends on what cards your drew in the pack.

Basic enhancements like Bonus, Mult or Glass can be skipped unless you need that small boost (bonus is valid). Suit changers are generally unimportant in this sort of situation.

Wheel can always be skipped .

Hanged Man is generally good, just feel that one out in the moment.

Emperor is weird because it's random, I'd usually take it, but if you would only get 1 tarot, or if you would make fool stop copying hermit/temperance, then skip.

Fool depends of course.

None of these are hard rules, just what I use personally. Also remember that you can use a tarot from a booster that gives you 2 options, and still skip for red card.
