It's been 5ish days

every 8 antes you get a showdown blind (the final bosses such as crimson heart)

retcon lets you keep rerolling the boss as long as you have the money for it, which allows you to force the boss blinds to keep being serpent

so past a certain point where even the small blinds will kill you, you can survive by full skipping to serpent every ante

but that won't work on ante 24 or 32 (ante 16 is small enough you won't have to)
