to do that you basically need to
Won with the last deck without gold stake (you can safe a op deck to do that)
then unlock the last thing of the run, any stuff from the collection works to the C anchievement, so you can to get C too is by unlocking a a Joker which is common, so with that you can easily find it on the shop. and last is C++, the reason that C you should get a joker is because C++ ask you is all joker at gold stickers, so you can unlock and full sticker the last joker that you have left in the collection
