so if you don't get a good tarot or celestial pack you can get +3 mult instead

Pro tip. There is an unlock that requires you to have 30 heart cards in your deck, but it unlocks a terrible joker that just takes up space in the shop so do that as basically the last thing you do

some other like general quick stuff you could learn early on

grabber is the only ante 1 voucher pickup I recommend to get without much thought

skipping is generally not worth it in order to learn more about the game. ante 1 investment tag (25 bucks after boss blind) is usually always worth it

queen high straight, flush that adds up to 40 chips, and full houses that add up to 35 chips will score you 300 chips which one shots the small blind and two shots the first boss.

generally if there's no other "enticing" choice, first shop is usually buying a buffoon pack. any exceptions could be from seeing something better in the shop like scoring or valuable generators, or saving for a voucher.

make sure you try to reach interest cap. usually ante 3 is the first ante to be up there without like money generating jokers accelerating your econ.

also, the smaller your deck size the easier it is to find specific cards you want because you can dig through a greater portion of your deck
