obviously try and save as many hands and discards by the end of the round as possible, and since there’s no interest spend money every shop— but don’t like spend unnecessarily if that makes sense? like just because you have $7 left doesn’t mean reroll because you know you can’t afford anything after your reroll

so even without interest it’s still good to save at times

try for strong hand types that let you 1 shot or 2 shot the blinds

so you have hands left over for money

like instead of doing decent score across 4 hands, try and do 1 very strong hand that wins in one so the extra hands give money

that doesn’t mean you’re stuck on flushes, straights, four of a kinds, 5 of a kinds or anything specific— see what the run offers you

but if you can, lean towards stuff that gives you a chance to one shot blinds because that’s the only way to make money on green deck

there are ways to play pairs and low-scoring hands and still win with hands left over, so don’t rule it out either

again, see what’s being offered to you and do what you think works that will let you have hands/discards left over by the end of every round
