think of it like a debuffed card reverts from a balatro card to a regular ass playing card. it can't do anything that a normal real world card can't. it still has a rank and suit, meaning it can make flushes and only some straights, but it can't give you chips or make scores, or activate jokers that trigger when you score the card (because it doesn't score)

there are some weird things that are exceptions or feel like them like dna (triggers on play, not score, so you still get a copy)

or blackboard (just looks at you holding a regular ass playing card)
