The scaling is basically the same if you can play any one straight, the nice thing about runner is that you don’t have to play all of your hands so you have the flexibility to save them for econ early. Squoker gets better long term when you want to be playing all your hands anyway for a bus or grimbo or are digging for your value generator cards

Keep an eye out for useful orbital tags. That one becomes surprisingly powerful and you're probably not used to looking for it.
