i don't really think so personally. hiker works best with 4oak and the like, but with 4oak you can just use planets instead and it becomes obsolete quickly

i think hiker would be giga op with +15 since it works best with retriggers, and with a hanging chad it already beats wee since it gives additional returns (hanging chad with wee giving +24, hanging chad with hiker giving +5,+10+15 for +30 and scalling further in the future). I think it is fine at +5 and even though planets do well for scaling 4oak and such hands, those hands go well with retriggers which have that innate synergy with hiker
