In this seed, you literally get a perfect build by Ante 3 and don't need to change it at all because you get your chip joker (Negative Crafty Joker) flat mult (Greedy Joker), Scaling Joker (Fortune Teller), The Tribe, and Yorick. (Two XMult)

It's the perfect ratio of all the sub-categories of jokers, not to mention you get a Mail-In Rebate AND Perkeo later in the run! I sold the Mail-In Rebate after it already genereated enough economy for me, which allowed Perkeo to do the heavy lifting for the rest of the run, focusing more on the economy I already had to feed Fortune Teller ending the run with it being on 61 Mult. In this seed you are able to obtain six of the most broken Legendary's effects. By grabbing the Hieroglyph Voucher in the first Big Blind, your next shop will contain an Arcana pack with Perkeo. The shop after this will contain a Jumbo Spectral Pack with an Ankh. This luck continues in Ante six, where rerolling the shop twice gives an Invisible Joker who will duplicate Perkeo once again.

i was able to beat ante 5 pretty easily by buying planets and selling the jokers that are easier to roll into, once youre past ante 5, its really just farming money and rolling, score is easy

#1395958172748877965 should have been an absolute cakewalk win due to a very early Pareidolia & Canio discovery. Never have I been so frustrated by RNG in Balatro instead.

Only got Canio to 3X the entire Ante 8 run, with two glass cards popping and ZERO Hanged Man cards in shops and tarots.

There was another Legendary in Ante 6 Round 15, but I just wanted a confirmed win and didn't open it.

Perhaps a Balatro explorer can do some digging and see if this seed can actually become overpowered or if it's just an evil RNG tease.

I don't think there's a case where positioning matters for choosing something. Jokers get an ascending id number and that determines what's picked. i.e. moving jokers around doesn't influence what's picked because that doesn't change the id numbers.

I'll do a writeup of this seed later, but the interesting thing about this run 9HXYLZLB is NOT just the Canio inside a Ante 4 tarot pack.

The interesting thing about 9HXYLZLB is that the number of natural Holographic jokers in the shop is silly. Holographic Shoot The Moon. Holographic Baseball. I think that Canio was holographic, or at least popped that from a Wheel of Fortune almost immediately.

And the natural holographic jokers from the shop just kept appearing and appearing and appearing. I don't think I've ever seen so many natural holographics just from RNG, even on runs that had the Hone and Glow Up. If you like holographic cards or need to farm them for some sort of challenge run this is a good seed for it.

However just so you are aware of the scale. Playing out a single BLIND for the most money world record would take me with my current save over 1.5 years of continuous playtime. If you intend to create a save file stronger than my save and play it out fully, you will likely die before you are done.

Also, if you do not have it in mind. There is a ~8000-9000 card limit. If you have more cards (=deck+consumables+ jokers) your save cannot be read anymore

Turns out immolate cpp rewrite is spitting out wrong seeds on ARM currently – i dug through @fleet tinsel's fork and figured out it was the floating point optimization that was the issue. Maybe will make PR in future but just dropping here for reference in case anybody runs into the same issue, -ffp-model=fast -fp-model=fast flags need to be removed and -ffp-contract=off needs to be added. At least that's what worked for me

It's not my best try with my own seed, you can climb much better, you need cryptid, you have to get swordsman, sob and hook with cryptid, you hook swordsman and sob, every time swordsman hits sob adds a new obelisk card, which when playing hands other than the one you played the most adds a multiplier of 0.2 to each obelisk, therefore it is too much of a multiplier after many rounds because every so often, thanks to sob, even more obelisks are generated (in spanish te capture)

I can't continue the run because the game crashes me and doesn't let me play any hands

a little tip to have more fun, play many high cards so that the number of times you played your most played card is so high that you are free to play the hand you want and that obelisk adds more multiplier every time you play the card you want less the high card that would be your high card (it's like I did, everyone is free to play the seed however they want) everyone have fun

Insane for high card build as it also starts off with a supernova and a green joker

#1 reason I don't use Blueprint is I have to click between blinds. But with Efficiency mode, I like that. : ) Sometimes the "Show Joker Spoilers" does not work until I change the seed/something and hit analyze seed. Oh and I guess I have had several times it lied to me about what kind of joker is there and it shows SixthSense making soul cards which it doesn't
