You know how Balatro playing cards have a limited size, so players try to get creative with the size/scale of the pixel art? (Examples are from Undertale/Deltarune mod and All In Jest)

Yes, but I have been beginning to suspect the Balatro table is running some homebrew already. Last time I went to Vegas nobody was willing to account for the various food items I placed down alongside my 7 and 2 😔

This would be a mythic spectral card, like SOUL and BLACK HOLE, but even HARDER to find and can ONLY appear in mega spectral packs, and is even HARDER to find than BLACK HOLE and SOUL, and also can't appear in the shop even on ghost deck like them.
