When it comes to jimbos I typically just swap around the colors already on the original and add the rekoj face
When the colors for that original jimbo are based on a preexisting context, like nrio's clown clothes being colored after joker's hat, I take the same contexts just with the colors on rekoj instead
So nrio's nwolc's clothes are blue and red instead of yellow and blue
I also believe that like with the chip and mult hand based jokers the makeup hints at what it does on the original jimbos too, so if the rekoj effect switches chips to mult for example I would replace the blue makeup with red in its corresponding place

First ya get pixelator
Then you look around for paper textures, or anything you can turn into one, with a low res
You cut out a card shape from that
And that's basically how I do it

I like using the LBP PSP textures specifically, and limiting their colors to 6
It's how I made the scrapped together paper texture or this card
See any similarities?
You can do this with practically anything, but don't expect high-res images to be good.
Or grainy images for that matter. Both make their many dots take up space and ruin the idea you wanted for the texture.
Anything can be the back of a card if you're queer enough
