I don't have art of my concept just yet but I did want some help concepting for this idea I had. Basically the idea is that there'd be a new Spectral card that could appear with around the same odds as a Black Hole in Arcana and Spectral packs called Imbue which allows you to turn a card into a super enhanced version of itself. My only fully solidified idea so far is The Solitary King, a King that can never leave the hand once it is drawn and gives x2 Mult while in-hand. I also have some general ideas for a Lucky 7 or a Jack of All Trades but I needed some help with the concepting.

the strength-balance reasoning for bumping it down comes to comparing it with riff-raff, there's no guarantee the jokers that it provides will actually be helpful jokers, and getting one in the first place is only a coinflip

now that i think about it theoretically you could stack it with another tag via a regular skip to try and fish for like a negative blueprint but that would be pretty rare since it's not like you could feasibly "hold on" to a tag the joker gives you without skipping

Hello! I am currently in the making of a Expedition 33 x Balatro mod. I am close to completion but I realised that some of the cards made first are a bit "meh", so I decided to remake some of them, starting with the Gustave card. I felt like it was too "bland". Yes it's an unfortunate side effect of having the character zoomed in that much. An option to fix that would be to zoom out the character but it might feel a bit inconsistent next to the other sprites I made. You can see the full set (still in WIP but close to completion) here.

I like them to have a consistent relative size to the card, (François, J♦️ and Esquie K♦️ being the only exceptions due to them being so different from the other humans) I'm sure all of you will agree on that

Personally I think the card is fine as is, but if you wish to remake it, I would personally recommend going with D because all the other designs are very busy as opposed to other F.O.J cards which normally keep their designs centered in the middle while Designs A, B and C have objects hitting the corners of the cards, which is a huge 'no no' in typical face card designs

D works the best because it keeps itself simple and doesn't overcomplicate everything, even though I personally prefer the original. To each their own, I'll let you be the judge.
