I may not be L' but i know that you can draw with seriously whatever, pixel art is much easier for this
I use a chromebook touchpad and mouse is alien to me, at least for pixel art
The rules and styles mostly is in the color and shading method

really you learn by doing, i've probably done ~250 jokers but 200 of them are ugly in my opinion
