i disagree , it requires you to already own a red seal card which is pretty useless unless youre running a steel card build , it takes up a valuable slot for just a 33% Chance of happening, if its a rare then DNA is just objectively better , oops! would still make it risky to play, i think uncommon is fine for where it is while remaining a powerful niche joker if youre already up and running to an extent
