• I'm not 100% sure but I think the background may be a compressed image (?) either way as this really fuzzy texture it doesn't fit in with a lot of other jokers, something more like seeing double or smiley face would be nice (Good guide in https://discord.com/channels/1116389027176787968/1250386587691388989) {except trading card, my least favorite card art by far}

• MIXELS OMG I know you fixed this in more recent stuff but the mixels are really just adding to fuzziness and decreasing readability
• The background is dark, too dark, specifically #18002A which is much darker than even #3e4b4d
• The glasses are very similar to throwback but they seem shaded in a way that makes no sense
• The dark hypersaturated colors don't work with the balatro palette and the #4f6367 you still include
• The overall design is uninspired in a way, there is more you could do with this concept you didn't, and the joker feels very plain
• The background perspective lines are not straight???????? They curve
• The sun is way too big and is so obscured by the joker and it tangents with the text
• The lines have too many colors, just 1-2 for them is fine with the dark as well
• Purples way too prominent for no real design reason

• The black feels really unnessesary for the joker? Like actually if you removed all of it this would be a lot better, and in the context of graffiti it makes a lot more sense
• The droopiness is a little high, I like it it just feels too much
• Too many colors? Lots of near dark greys but 1 slightly off white, darken it and cut out some colors
• The red and blue over and under the joker should be the colors you used in the gradient and that are in the palette
  -Background feels flat and you could do something that contrasts more than more grey

• Good concept

i think having the purple all throughout the joker and in the hat was fine, but in all elements it lost the power it gained from breaking the rule of the palette, in part rules are meant to be broken and this joker has every excuse to be saturated but the off tones did not really fit into that, a neon palette would've fit

Tips:

• The fuzzy texture is a little funky but you have expressed your willingness to not follow this rule, which makes sense; although the texture doesn't really fit the asphalt
• Choice of this grey seems a little odd and is darker, for roads and grass like this I usually reference hit the road colors
• Sidewalk border shading starkly contrasts and is really just concentric rectangles as lighting, it could be more dynamic lighting
• More of the grass could be shown (matter of choice) seems mainly a minor detail and it could bring more to the table if it was less grey focused (minorest nitpick)

I like:

• You captured the shape of the disabled symbol well and I like his hat
• The blue is a very good choice of color
