comparing the size of the pixels in the P to the border, there are 4x as many pixels

meaning it's 2x the resolution

this likely means you drew this on a 2x resolution sheet

however, i strongly recommend you draw your jokers on a 1x resolution sheet

(the canvas size for these is 71×95, however there's a gap of 1 pixel on each side)

this is an example of a 1x resolution joker

you can see how the pixels are all the same width, compared to each other

a good place to see that is the JOKER text
