It's not too complicated effect, but God does it make no sense outside of the God's context, haha. It places Blood counters on all cards in your deck that have the same rank as your first scoring card. Blood counters can be removed by other vampire-jokers instead of an enhancement. There's ~10 of those in the mod, so it's not just for synergy with Vampire, haha
