It depends entirely on how much more common it makes them. Although not sure if the pun fits the effect. But the art is fire! ( Pun intended. ) So I'd love to see what other cool effect you could do.

i have a similar joker for 21 rank sum, it gives +20 mult and +100 chips and still feels like a common. i’d suggest upping the mult or adding a big chips bonus to balance, but that’s just my opinion based on playing my own mod

That's understandable. I also have a blackjack joker, but its condition is an ace and a jack. I was gonna make it +20 mult and +30 chips for the 2:3 wager payout. I dunno if that's too strong for a common. I'll consider giving it more power, especially because it does limit you to pretty low chip value unless you've got upgraded cards from Hiker, I don't want it to be too much stronger than the first page jokers though, since I'm trying not to overload my mod with super busted cards and have a good variety of interesting effects at varying power levels.

my mod is also vanilla-balanced, any static chips/mult card is probably an early game pickup, but by buffing the values so much for such an oppressive conditions like exact rank sum, you get the card to carry early game and start to fall off in the second half of a run. maybe 100/20 or even 30/20 is a bit strong but also it’s a condition that doesn’t synergise with much
