First time making a legendary so any tips on the balancing? I wanted it to be a better wee joker because of his name, but I worry this is only a fun card if you already have a 2 build

Trib wants you to play Kings and Queens right off the bat and Canio wants you to destroy those stinky face cards

If anything this one is easier because you can maybe play a pair of 2s every once in a while and keep playing your current build

I wanted to make a proper thinking about a proper scaling for the card, so I made some guesstimations:
There are two Legendary Jokers with scaling XMult; Canio and Yorick. Canio's scaling is kind of luck-reliable so I can't really estimate anything with it, but Yorick scales approximately x0.652 per round (x0.435 in Blue Stake), discarding 5 cards for each discard.

Another thing you can do is to compare it to the scaling Rare Jokers, Hit the Road and Obelisk. Obelisk gives x0.8 per round, but the requirements are pretty specific, while Hit the Road only has value for the current round, with a maximum of x3 Mult with a normal deck.

So x0.8 with a hard condition, and x0.652 with a medium condition. With your Joker, you can have a maximum of x0.8 on a normal deck, given that you can get the 2s. However, compared to any other scaling x-mult joker, it can get big really fast, with things like retriggers or just making more 2s.

For these reasons, I think it could be far easier for the scaling to go up the roof. My opinion is that it could get a nerf on the XMult value, for starters x0.15. However, the concept is cool.
