Idea for the basketball joker that's probably OP and I want to get others opinion on it: The first scored card passes it's effect to each subsequent scored card. Ex. a lucky card at the front will cause each subsequent card to act like a lucky card. I'd like it to pass joker effects, like photograph, but that would be busted I think?

it's similar to the Yoyle Deck from BFDI, but without the extra Joker slot, and on Uncommons in general
it's named after Blood on the Clocktower's Stormcatcher, whose ability is about creating games centred around one character
this one's technically an upside, but can be a downside if you get a bad Joker, or don't manage a synergy ^^
