The twins were giving me most trouble ability wise, i wanted something that fitted and benefited having both
Landed on +25 chips for Retinizer and x1.5 mult for Spazmatism with the extra that the value doubles if the other twin is there. It might not be the best but it's the best i could come up with that felt vanilla-esque
