instead of seeing combinations of red, green, and blue like we do, they mostly see combinations of blue and yellow

so although waving a red flag in front of them will make them mad, it's because of the motion, not the color

if you stand still in a bull pen while other people run around, the bull will chase them and ignore you

hence the clowns

also they generally don't care about inanimate objects

a literal bull in a china shop, if the shop is unattended, will probably not knock anything over unless it thinks there's food somewhere

or something that seems like a threat (ie something moving)

meanwhile cows are just the sweetest darlings

When drawing motion lines, there's a few things I do to make them look more 'satisfying'

First thing is that if you're doing multiple motion lines, try and make them line up as close as possible with one another

if they divert a lot they can look weird, like they're not marking a consistent motion

I also try and make them thicker near the moving object, and thinner further away

Like they're fading slightly, like a smear frame or after image

There are plenty of strong Uncommons tbf. Ultimately, this joker just makes it so you are a more likely to find the planet you are looking for. There are some situations where upgrading extra planets could be nice (such as to prepare for an Obelisk pivot), but ultimately I don't think the effect is crazy enough/provides enough room to build around to justify being Rare.

Splash Joker (which is my whole inspiration here) makes it so that all played cards "count in scoring" even tho they don't form a poker hand. If I apply this logic and wording to my vouchers' effect, then everything is correct: held in hand card (instead of played card) «counts in scoring» (but not forming a poker hand just like Splash Joker)
