sadly afaik it's not actually that good because its Xmult only applies to the mult of the hand and any played cards, not the mult given by any jokers

so even though it's theoretically x7.6 mult, it being applied before jokers means that, well

it really only adds a lot if you use a lot of planet cards or have a lot of mult cards
