though i've no idea what its ability will be

Seeing Double is pretty easy to get, heartbroken needs either 5 or 2.5 destroyed hearts, backstab needs 4 discarded spades and DcD needs 4 diamonds in hand and play for a total of 8 diamonds

Harder and harder for the same x2 Mult

x0.75 mult per diamond bumps it to 3 ish diamonds in each for 6 total if you want to reach x2 and a max of x3.75

Meanwhile backstab & heartbroken can huck spades in a dumpster for days to keep racking up the mult

x1 per shared diamond means 4 for x2 and a max of x5 if you have a hand of 10 diamonds which could possibly be on difficulty level with seeing double

I mean what is the hand size you stark with again?

I think the approach is meant to be to learn the classical techniques and all the necessary background to master them, so that prospective artists can pick and choose exactly what they want to use or not to attain their desired goal.
