Somewhat late to the conversation, but I think a good way to deal with wanting a joker that has two abilities is to just split that into two jokers that synergize.

Obviously you can get away with it more with a legendary, but I think the best thing to consider when making jokers is that they don’t have to stand on their own.

Paradolia is a great example, given it’s a pure synergy card. It can’t do anything by itself.
