• Red Sun: "+3 mult for each $ lost but not spent" (in other words, losing money to The Ox, Wraith, or other similar effects grants +3 mult per $ lost). Probably uncommon rarity. Card art would be a parody of that one Maoist propaganda poster, instead starring live-action Jimbo from the Friends of Jimbo trailer.
• Blue Songstress: "This Joker gains x1 mult per chip and chip/additive mult joker in hand (currently x1 mult)". Probably uncommon rarity. Card art would be a spoof of Hatsune Miku, replacing her twintails with a really long cap and bells.

there are quite a few colors used in the game afaik, but ive noticed each joker as a pretty low number of colors and uses that gray as a standin for black

even on one with a relatively high color count theyre reused in different places

which is to say if trying to fit with the artstyle of other jokers im not sure the tape needs that much shading, it looks nice though and if youre doing a whole overhaul you might as well switch things around to your preferences so it may not be a concern
