my headcanon is that the jokers are the main character superheroes, the playing cards are like the npc cannon fodder and the blinds are the monsters, the boss blinds being biggererer monsters

so in a "battlefield" translation boss blinds like hook, fish, headgoadwindow are the lesser monsters that can only really affect playing cards or other things

while the mega boss blinds are things that require much more immediate attention with shit like basically neutering a joker's abilities temporarily as the fight draws on, Bell forcing a playing card onto the battlefield, Violet Vessel is just really REALLY REALLY big, Acorn would disorient the jokers themselves and the "player" and verdant leaf would be more of a defensive monster thatd just have a giant wall of plants in their territory, that while the jokers have no troubke maneuvering the only way for playing cards to get in is if a joker opens it using their lifeforce (they just get sent back to home base)
