I was unhappy with the jokers included with the special edition I took it upon myself to make my own deck of cards with a bunch of extra jokers included.

I ripped all the sprites myself and upscaled them to 10x their original size while also adjusting the aspect ratio to fit a proper poker-sized playing card. Also went ham and designed a custom tuck box using game sprites as well as going WAY overboard and editing the shader used for the background in the game to output a stupid-high-resolution warped background for the box.

Ordered through makeplayingcards.com using their M31 Linen stock and BETA playing card finish. Took just over 2 weeks to have them back at my door. Total cost after a $5 discount code was (way too much) $38.99 for 72 cards and the custom tuck box ($8.99 of that was shipping and there's price breaks when you order more decks, but still).

Lots of Photoshop actions to create a bunch of card variations and then I tried to get a decent random assortment

So yeah... if localthunk wants to hit me up for press-ready artwork, happy to supply 😆

Any plans on a special effect for the Apostle cards themselves? Just being another source of 12 chips is kind of bland, and having unique hands, if they aren't just special names, can be actively bad if you already have your regular hands leveled up.
