Only issue with noir is that if you get to a hand size of 0 you literally insta lose the game. Which sounds really unfun if you've say taken a couple of the negative spectral cards, since you can't even like sell your jokers or anything to counteract it at that point. Though I think you'd need to take like 3 negative spectrals for that to happen so it's probably not a maaassive issue.
