On another server that I mod on, I intentionally setup onboarding based on patterns of onboarding answers by bots, such that the roles they pick up will make the honey pot the only channel they can post on .

They will then post in the pot, get timed out and have their post deleted. All I need to do is confirm their behaviour and ban.

I think they're referring to the "Suggested" tab, which makes a random channels that were not set to visible to appear to "pique your interest". Many people who aren't bots will keep the dagger hidden but that "Suggested" tab will often "recommend" it causing nuisance.
What you said is "by design" is probably just the dagger being first in the list of channels, which is indeed a smart move.

it's determined by the seed, which jokers you have, and how many jokers you have.
the joker that invis copies can only ever change when:

• The joker it was going to copy is no longer in your joker slots
  or
• The # of jokers you have increases or decreases

if you have 4 jokers and invis copies lusty for example, if you go down to 3 joker slots or up to 5 then invis rerolls, though it can still roll the same thing

"The # of jokers you have increases or decreases" doesnt just mean if it increases or decreases then it always changes. if you buy and then sell a joker (4 -> 5 -> 4/x joker slots) then it will duplicate the same joker as it wouldve when you previously had 4 jokers
