Baron is probably the most painful one that's still missing.
Anyway, at this point, you'll want to play on an easier deck and try to run a build using only 4 jokers so you can carry a 5th joker with the missing ones.

Planet scaling can help a lot with strong planet hands (especially if you do Abandoned Deck which makes Straights and 4oaks easier to hit).
You can also consider enhancement retriggering support like lucky chad or glass chad to "patch up" the 5th joker slot.

the main things you need to win a run are a source of Chips (Jokers like Scary Face, Wee Joker, or Square Joker, or Planet cards to boost the base chips a poker hand gives you), a source of additive mult (Jokers like Green Joker, Erosion, or Fibonacci, or once again Planet cards), and also a source of multiplicative mult (Jokers like Seeing Double, Hologram, or The Tribe).

These create the foundation of your scoring. There are of course other ways to add to these, playing cards can have up to 3 different modifiers attached to them. 1 Enhancement (Steel, Bonus, Lucky, etc), 1 Edition (Foil gives chips, Holographic gives additive mult, Polychrome gives multiplicative mult), and 1 Seal (Red, Purple, Blue or Gold)

Using these in different ways can provide more score than just jokers alone.

Managing your economy is also quite important. Try to stay above $25 if you can, that way you get an extra $5 per round (you get $1 per round for every $5 you hold, up to a max of $5 when you hold $25 or more). There are also jokers like Mail-in Rebate or Golden Joker which provide additional income, with Golden giving another $4 at the end of the round, and Mail-In Rebate giving $5 whenever you discard the rank listed on the joker.
