the verdant leaf's effect is that it debuffs cards unless at least one joker has been sold.
after you sell a joker, the verdant leaf's effect is still active. all your cards will be debuffed unless a joker has been sold. since a joker has been sold, none of your cards will be debuffed by the blind.
