ok first off, a joker has a 0.5% chance of being blueprint/brainstorm, and if you have one there's a 0.25% of seeing the other

because it's 5% for a rare and there are 20 rares

so it is in fact rarer for a joker to be a specific rare joker than it is for a tarot/spectral to be a soul
