Done, however trying to rank them imho is pretty hard as there is a lot of things which are really good if you have the synergies but terrible otherwise, then there are lots of good general things, lots of stuff that if your deck is good its great otherwise its just risky. Tier lists are overdone imho, if you wanted an alternative way to get similar info would be to get people to provide you with their card stats then collate those and try to determine things like people that play X hands most often have Y jokers, etc.
