It is crazy underrated how much value you can get from $2 per hand and $1 per discard, even with the death of interest

I say 6 because a good run leaves you winning blinds with room to spare a lot of the time (bit iffy on high stakes) and if you're money is up you can definitely pivot decently well

I'm currently trying to theory craft an over the table balatro game to pass the time, using standard 52 + 2 card deck and maybe a d6, face cards will be converted into jokers, hand scoring is simplified to 1 pt for high card 3pt for pair and so on with any card or hand buffs being due to "jokers" no deck fixing.
