the "unique" aspect is based solely off of card enhancements
doesn't matter if a steel card it put on a spade and a diamond
if there are more than 1 of the same card enhancements then it doesn't work
the only exception is that if there is another enhancment on top of the other one
for example:
if there are two steel cards and one of them has a polychrome enhancement then the joker uses its ability
if they both have steel AND polychrome but one has a red stamp then the joker still works
