So true I agree! But there are tons of synergies with high cards. Think of it like this: if you only play one card, your hand is FILLED with cards held in hand while that single card is scoring. Jokers like raised fist, shoot the moon, baron, mime, things like steel cards, blue seals, and gold cards can all do a lot for you
