hoz and spirit are both better for general pvp if you arent counting life tap
exile is strictly a pvm shield unless you want to bm with life tap, but dracs is just better in that case
im sure it has some value, but its probably less than what what you used to make it
phoenix > for dmg, spirit > for sustain/mobility, hoz > for rounded damage/sustain

well actually idk if its bm anymore, pvp is different, smite cant stun lock, so it may be allowd to give smiters a fighting chance
still though, dracs > exile in most setups, and phoenix is stacked now since the ctc doesnt interrupt anymore

Tap is "optional" for ZvZ @polar flower meaning you can choose to not use it... But your opponent can LOL. Basically these are required for ZvZ on the melee ladder.
