The only channel which knows the blocks product is dev rels…
This is my point with the blocks report a bug - don’t put the bugs to general CC as they don’t know the product. Put it to dev rels at the least

in the end these reports are going to developers directly
same for any service/product of Wix
for example I reported a BUG in mar 13, resolved in mar 24 and I can track the reponses in Wix Studio dashboard

They don’t go to developers directly… they go to or blocks report a bug goes to general CC which doesn’t know the product and asks the most stupid of questions. It’s becoming a massive blocker

Been there done that in the past. I still end up going through the dev rels link which is specifically for apps

It should just go straight to the blocks dev team and if the developers want extra details then they should be the ones asking. Not going through XYZ

I don't know if it's even related but Wix pushes too many BUGs to production and they fix it later, their CI/CD is like that to push new features faster and some other reasons too but I don't find it really good we shouldn't be seeing that many BUGs because most of these BUGs aren't too complicated things they are basic interactions which is not working.
For example at mar 13 what I've reported was is, I wasn't able to add custom/built-in member pages in the navigation bar of member page. This feature must be working always...

Yeah the issue your describing sounds like it’s to do with web dev instead of app dev hence why you sent the link which is not app dev related to report bugs

Regarding app dev I’m speaking with the blocks PM soon so hopefully can get something done about it

My advice would be app related bugs report through the dev rels link and web dev report through the generalised bug reporting 😄

I just report, fine tuning bug reporting pipeline is Wix's job not mine

I can’t really have a say on web dev as my main focus is app dev but what I can say is that with app dev bugs if they go to the correct team then they are resolved in 24-48 hours

Why bothering then? I stopped reporting issues that I can work around. Wix is not investing in QA I should not do the job at thier place
