I used the link as well. It lead me to custom deployment and I got an error.
The First error in my original question occurred when I try to use it via Azure AI Foundry.
Well, I wanted to deploy new model but I have to choose Azure OpenAI Service. And I got an error like in the image. I can't even click "Deploy a model".
The error is somewhat related to IAM. But I don't know how I should assign my role.
The role "Azure AI Developer" in both is only thing that I created after I got the error.
