I still have the wood just trying to decide which I like. Do you think a dark walnut would look nice? Maybe good a give contrast to the white parts of the set up?

I think that a darker/redder wood is nice.. but you may also want darker wall decor to go with it.

However, I wouldn't consider myself a huge designer. Very subjective. ;P
