I would expect that if you were posted on the result page, there would have been no dq. the duos prize email were sent out a few weeks beforew the fall event ones. I think the duos deadline to submit a priuze claim was the 6th, so submissions have been closed a good while now. Im just providing info, so one of the admins will need to clairify anything that may have happened or changed

I think the emails for it went out on the 18th of february

as for them not telling people reasons, its the same as anything with cheaters. you dont want to let people that cheated know much about how they were caught to prevent them from being able to get around measures in place to prevent cheating, or breaking rules

@calm geyser Hi hunter, What we understand is that the cheater (Anzoheu) got banned after prizes had already been sent, which makes it hard to understand why the disqualification and forfeiture rules were not applied consistently from the start. however Matty seems to have not replied to his confirmation email way past the deadline of 7 days and yet you guys still offer him a prize, whereas we don't get anything, despite this being out of our control. Would this not breach the rules of a "fair event for all players" (1.1) considering the fact that we placed 11th, and Aznoheu's ban now makes us 10th, yet we receive nothing.

Anzoheu qualifies for 2.3c considering that he is cheating his runs, which would make his run invalid and with him breaching these rules he should be subject to 8.1 where it states "If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Official Rules and/or the Event Rules, Logitech may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude the Player from participating in the Event." so we should definitely be in 10th

I got 34th in that event, I saw that you said if it was multiple months ago there is nothing you can do, is there any hope for mine it hasn't been a full month yet.
