the admins have said there have been delays and its been taking longer than normal and they are trying to get it done asap. As for sending emails in order of the results, whoever told you that was mistaken. There has been no indication in any official communication by the admins or the event info that this was the case. It has never been done that way in any event they have run in aimlabs over the lost year or so

No, just make sure you put all the correct info in when you sign up. Just need residency in the country you're competing and claiming prizes from. There's tax forms to claim prizes so it's kind of important.

Everything is explained in the rules and eligibility forms, i recommend giving them a read.

-I don't think there's a way to check info after submitting, at the moment anyways.
-If your score was set with an illegal setting I would recommend beating it with the correct settings. I don't think they look for other runs or if that's even possible. You'd most likely be DQ'd.

On the bright side the event just started so you have plenty of time to improve. Realistically if you don't improve before the end you likely wont be in the top 50 still. Scores constantly improve over the duration of the event. Towards the end people start peaking but we have a ways to go before that point.

Using different names is going to cause confusion and potential issues. You'll have to work thru it with the admins when the time comes. By using the wrong name you may have jeopardized your ability to get a prize.

Na you're not bad at all it's just terrible race craft in hoppers. That's why I rarely race online in forza. I used to but once I got into league endurance racing and experienced actual race craft, I couldn't go back to that mayhem. It's a big reason why I'm switching to iRacing. People spend a lot on their subscription and content so they don't want to get banned. Keeps them honest.

When I do race online I'm using OP meta cars so they don't have a chance to dive bomb. Especially the ones with good accel so you get to T1 first.

Ya you need to be able to smooth and tap steer. Different cars take different steering techniques. Like if they have TCS on or not, all factors into how you drive it. I have it down to a science on forza but I'm a fish out of water on iRacing. Completely different physics, shift points, tire grip feel... Cold tires spin so easy on there etc.

The only thing I can think of is that you and the duo should separate the middle ones into a half each and stay hitting only your designated half so that you don't overlap targets and reduce total points

The thing is that the top players rn could get a bunch more with minimal effort but they don't unless they have to. So if you get close to their score they'll add another 50k or more on top of their current score to keep a gap while getting the price for sure.

I don't want to be demotivating but I also want you to stay a bit realistic with your expectations because I know them people. They are way better than what they have performed with so far

So play it for the fun of it and don't play it for the idea that you might win.

That way you get something positivite out of it regardless

We can make a few assumptions though. If we assume it takes 15 minutes to verify one persons scores. Then for 600 people that's 9000 minutes or 150 hours. Assuming theres 2 people working at it doing a total of 8 hours of verification per day that would be 18.75 days. Lets even round up to 20 and throw on another 4 days for console. So predicted wait time of 24 days
Which almost lines up with the estimated time of 4 weeks (or 20 work days). But afaik they've never actually hit the 4 week estimate so why they'd give it idk

It's not that they're delaying prizes, they just haven't finished verifying who makes up the top 500 on pc and top 100 on xbox. When someone gets DQ'd the next person in rank becomes eligible. So until they have the complete list we have to be patient. For all we know they could have DQ'd 1000 people and still haven't filled out the top 500.

To be honest a lot of people don't read the rules, so I wouldn't be surprised if there were more DQ's than normal this time around.

Take it from me, I've been playing in various money events for 20+ years. Logitech goes out of their way to make good on prize claims. They're a breath of fresh air compared to a lot of other organizations running events. Does it take a while to get your prizes from aimlabs? Yes, but you WILL get your prize. The amount of times I've seen big global events not paying out players, sponsors not following through on promises etc. It's so common in esports it's sad. Logitech's different and that's why I don't mind moderating for them. At the end of the day, I'm just a competitor like everyone else here.

So be patient, the people running these events are good people and go out of their way to take care of everyone. In the forza events we get paid out within ~2 weeks. But that's because results are easy to verify for those. Money gets sent within a couple days of submitting the forms.

Processing hundreds of shipping orders will take more than a couple days but they'll be top of it as soon as prize claim emails go out. All I can say is be patient, there is a light at the end of the tunnel.

I'm pretty sure the last top 500 event took a while to ship prizes as well. Atleast I remember seeing a lot of chatter about it for a while after.

An example of the admins being cool, some people who qualified for the LMGC forgot to fill out the sign up forms so they let them do it after they qualified. They make exceptions to rules in certain cases just to be good guys and make things run smoother. Not many events do that. Most organizations would rather DQ people and not have to pay the prize. Logitech would rather everyone get paid and have fun.

So in my opinion, it's in everyone's best interest to continue supporting these events so they continue running them.

It's simple. They gave a time-window (Albeit a hypothetical one), and they're almost 3 weeks later than the "Approximately ~2-4 weeks" that was stated, and of course that worries people.

Don't think that it would be worth it. But I would recommend that you instead, if you really want to do that. Bind right click to a keyboard bind. Have that bind being the shoot bind in-game since the game lets you have one bind that is a mouse button to shoot and one that is a keyboard button to shoot.

The safest would be to practice using a keyboard button and a mouse button without the rebinding onto the mouse. Like I click with x on my keyboard and left click on my mouse. I learnt to alternate doing that in actual drills
