youll have to wait and see if they have an issue identifying it. I can tell you that historically, people that have changed their ID in the middle of an event have gone on to have issues with prizing. Changing the in game identifier you signed up with was never going to be a good idea

all the other info beside the one thing they need to verify it was you on the leader-board. couldnt tell you why they dont have a more engaged support stance on it. personally, I would think common sense would say not to change during an event but this has happened a few times before

dont know if there is or isnt, doesnt seem like it tho, not without using a new email anyway. Like I said, no way to be sure if its an issue until they go thru the leaderboard.

I only learn this yesterday but in the rules it says H-FOV so you can change the FOV setting to advanced instead of simple and change the H one individually like 54 FOV is actually 84 H-FOV

Turns out I was wrong, crystal parts on 1st is 330 points, outer body is 220 points, 2nd is 375 points, outer body is 0 points, 3rd is 510 points, outer body 340 points, not sure about the tracking part but based on the this info I’m sure it’s more points for crystal parts overall doesn’t matter if it’s headshot or body as long as its not the outer body

Hey, I am trying to register for the event right now. I had the authentication error before, however I managed to get through that earlier. Both the main website and event website have the same credentials, but when I try to register for the event itself it just shows as loading. After the register button loads for a second it just pops in the register text again. I checked my events tab afterwards and it said theres no events im signed up for.
Been trying different browsers, devices and even a new account to try and make it work, but it just won't. To top it all off it gives me the authentication error again now, so I am completely lost as for what I should do.

clicking part: take the extra little bit of time to aim head, gives 330 instead of 220 so it's very worth it
tracking parts: everythign before the final boss is the exact same pattern, take the time to learn them and track as perfectly as possible to farm points

for the final boss commit to each strafe as if it's gonna continue going in that direction, also it always blinks to the right at the very start of that section so you can preaim to the right so you don't feel the need to flick as much, allowing you to stay smooth a little easier. also the final phase of the boss tends to do short circular strafes so once you get used to those you can lowkey farm damage there

I'm 136. right now in the Duelshot and damn it's getting hard to beat highscores. I feel like most of the points come before the last tracking part with the boss. Ya'lls got any tips? :D I usually finish the track with like 10-13 seconds left but there's still gigantic variance in scores I get. My average is like between 140-150k, often I get around 160k but I feel like I'm reaching my absolute maximum here and I think I've broken my record in the 160k score by a few hundred points like 4 times now in past few weeks. Looking at the 1. in the scoreboard with 197k and I just simply don't understand how tf.

Look at your points before the boss and your total time. It's not a perfect way to compare

But it will give you an idea of where you are missing most of your points. For me it's mostly pre boss.

You have to get your own record pre boss run and your own record boss kill time, both in the same run to hit that hs to your own max potential for your own current state at the time.

I will say, historically, they have been good about getting people prizes if they are owed them (within reason) so there is reason to be optimistic about the resolution. I think from history seen there is a fix for authentication error;

PSA for the people with authentication errors on the sign up website (https://play.logitech.com/). If you login to your account on the main website (https://www.logitech.com/) and change your first and last name, the play website should load finally.

When using different browsers I do progress until the register popup. When filling in all the details and clicking "Register" it just loads for a second and does nothing at all. Clicking it again doesn't change anything and whenever I reload the site to check my events it says im not signed up for anything. Pretty annoying to deal with, I just don't know what to do anymore.

Resetting my browser cookies and using another logitech account with my second mail address didn't change anything either.

Im pretty sure all you can do is just focus on a single window in Phase 2 and then pray for good RNG.

I did a couple runs earlier and went from 129k to 134k and it was mostly luck.

Just reduces the time you spend looking around for targets. With some good rng you won't need to turn even once in phase 2

Well the main logitech website wants your real credentials when setting up the account. The play.logitech.com site just takes the account from the main website and links it, so it's gonna say like "Hi Phil". And well when registering for the competition you have to input all your contact info anyways (Name, Aimlabs Username, Discord Username, Mail etc.). So yeah im pretty sure it's supposed to be your real name.

Just go to the normal logitech.com website and log in. In your account settings you should be able to edit your infos, which specifically asks for your actual name. If thats set up correctly you will also see your name on the play.logitech.com site.

If the main website has your real name, but the competition website still shows your username, theres a good chance you linked it to the wrong account.

Well I think most of the score just comes from learning all of the tracking targets. Especially the first few ones before the boss always have nearly the same pattern, so really understanding those can gain huge amounts of points. Besides that the only thing I could think of would be studying top runs. I think it's quite helpful to see where everyone positions their crosshair and how they go about each phase.

Duelshot is really mostly just a task you gotta run over and over again, until you get familiar with it.

Im pretty sure duelshot helps more both short and long term. It's very easy to get big PBs if you just stick to it for a couple hours.

I don't think omniflick is gonna do much for you, even if you do get a PB. The point increase is just minimal on that task, so I don't think its worthwile. Especially not on limited time like this.

However, if you haven't played duelshot in a while, im not sure how much you can improve your scores.
