i can not explain that in one discord message but disable hw accel, make sure if your second monitor is a diff refresh rate that you have no windows with running animations on it (i.e discord) as everything in modern windows is rendered in dwm

the way i did it, is i checked how top 3 runs do the start route, and just replicated it, it took a few tries but eventually you build a muscle memory for it
