Console and PC leaderboards are hard separated, and there are other advantages that PC has over console too - like not being capped to 120fps, no polling rate limits to mice, and much lower input latency. To make it the most fair for everyone, keeping mouse to PC and controller to console is the way.

Hey, mnk already is setup to not make it to the big event leaderboards - like the ones on the leaderboard tab, not the individual task leaderboard. You can play the event tasks on mnk on Xbox, but only controller plays get sent to the big event leaderboard.

For example sako toshio who is rank 1 in aiming clearly from watching the replays is using mnk. There aim is extremely snappy and not a consistent speed and overall resembles mnk way more than other console players.

The guy I'm talking ab is veoiscool, he got 158.9k on this task with 95.2% accuracy meanwhile the second best score is from whoisaqua with 126.2k and all the other 8 below him are above 100k. This big of a diff in scores between the first and second place, considering the ranking of the ones below the second is wild. Especially considering he isn't monetizing his skills with some youtube channel or twitch or social media in general.

Changing from 1 (50 centimeters on your pad to do a 360 in game) to 4 (12 centimeters) is a pretty extreme jump. I’d recommend trying something in the middle as a start, like 1.5 or 2 (25-35 centimeters). Give it a shot and lmk if you can get positive on surroundshot!

Sure, keep a steady pace alternating either your left and right movement keys the entire task, then you can get into a rhythm and not have to worry about keeping track of each projectile coming at you. If you don’t already have it on, Settings - Graphics - Player Damage FX to see the red indicator each time you get hit.
