I can confirm that it persists across different computers and through hard resets of computers too
Other mice I own don't have this issue

The moment I connect my MX Master, it hijacks it and I start being unable to click
If I remove the mouse connection, disable the device, or turn it off, and then press ctrl + alt + del then escape, the effects of the MX Master go away

Usually modification won't void a warranty, unless that modification could have resulted in the defect.

For instance if you change the feet, but your mouse wheel breaks, it should still be under warranty.

I won a wireless mouse and keyboard from a diff company a couple months ago. Not bad, but they're not what I'd buy if given a choice. The mouse is a G502 style copy, but a bit wider and with unsatisfying clicks. And no pinky finger lip on the right side.

I tried a couple mice from the "snake" company, but I just couldn't fully vibe with either. They have to go back.

My old G502 Proteus Core is still going (as is my super old G700), but the wife is using it. So I'm going to see if there are any good Memorial Day/Week sales on the new G502X. I guess the kings of ergonomics still cannot be beat.

LOl alright! Well I got a Basilisk V3 35K wired and DeathAdder V3 wired. Both on sale, so the total was about $100. Not bad!

But I didn't realize the Basilisk has less of a hump and less height than the G502. And the right side has no definitive place for the pinky and ring to go. It's so close and then misses the mark due to those shortcomings.

The DeathAdder has such a nice, comfy shape, but I miss all the G502 features it lacks. So it's a no go for me...even at work.

@hollow swift not sure but I have the same problem. looking at the http response code the entry is generating a 202 (accepted) code rather than the 200 (OK) which is what I would expect it to generate if it succeeded. 202 is basically just acknowledging the request and that it planning on processing it, without any guarantee that it will actually processes it.

When I brake, it's fine, but when I release the brake, the brake remains, it's visible in telemetry and also in LOGITECH G HUB. I don't know what to do. Uninstall the program and reinstall it.   • Helldivers 2 is some good fun with almost none of the industry practice issues that I'm aware of. Can be fun solo and with a squad.

  • Baldurs Gate 3 is phenomenal if you don't mind that type of setup.

  • If your looking for free I recommend Overwatch/Marvel or Rocket League.

hi guys I recently bought G502x plus for my own birthday and I use it on my macbook pro 2020 through the ghub software, I enabled all of the perms but besides from the screenshot and delete (that deletes the letter that comes after the typing cursor if that is normal) functions none of the other custom keys I set works, has anyone also had this issue before?

the g920 and g923 are practically identical. they use pretty much all the same hardware with the exception of a change in button layout to the G923, the addition of trueforce (which I think is not very good on that gear driven wheel) and they changed the spring in the brake pedal on the G923 to make it more progressive, other than that they are pretty much the same wheel

the change in brake pedal, I think makes the G923 "better" but its not that big of a change and everything else is functionally the same

trueforce is an actual usable feature on the direct drive bases, but those are more expensive, but Im not exactly itching to use my G Pro DD wheel on horizon 6 (which doesnt support trueforce anyway I think)

I am experiencing an issue with my Logitech G Cloud while using the screen recording feature in handheld mode.

When I screen record in handheld mode, the recording does not capture the game audio. The only available option is to enable the microphone, which records my voice and surrounding environment instead of only the game audio.

However, when I switch the device to tablet mode, the screen recorder provides multiple audio options:

  • Microphone
  • Device Audio
  • Device Audio and Microphone

I am confused as to why these same audio options are not available in handheld mode. I prefer using the device in handheld mode, and it would be very helpful to have the ability to record device audio without needing to record microphone input.

Could you please let me know:

  1. Whether this is a known issue
  2. If there is a fix or workaround available
  3. If this feature can be added to handheld mode in a future software update

I don't have one currently, but I believe you can take the face (top) plate of the keyboard off which may allow you to separate the board from the metal switches. Hopefully being able to get a small set of cleaning tools or cleaning alcohol in to wash out the sauce.

It's super annoying and I keep trying to get used to it but it's just driving me mad, it says "Battery 20%", I plug it in, leave it for idk, 10-15 mins, I check battery says "fully charged"

I am not using a super-charger brick or anything like that, genuinely charging it normally at the recommended voltage, i tried unplugging the dongle for few seconds and plugging it back in but that did not fix my issue..

going to do a video on an issue both superstrike x2 and v4 pro share i think this weekend with handcam and real ingame effects of it recorded lol. both mice have a forced mcf of 30ms that will directly make some tech impossible in some games with higher apm at a pro level. was just waiting for v4 pro to come out so i could show the latest of the big boys mice

its basically like buying a bike with all the best stuff, but for some reason, training wheels that never come off. they could do a simple update to fix it, and it would make these mice immediately better.

i think the 30mcf is carried on through their firmware from old mice that had trouble with double clicks- it was their answer. click switches have evolved way beyond needing it anymore now. even a cheap 20-30 mouse does fine at 1ms.

superstrike x2 makes even less sense.. it will gimp rapid trigger. its basically the delay before the click is considered fully released.

Hi, I want a gaming mouse designed for a claw grip, as my current Logitech G502 hero forces my small 18cmx10cm into a palm grip. Currently use 1200 DPI, want DPI options from 800-1600, anything above that is a gimmick so idc. My old mouse was 121g, so I want something lighter, weight between 80-100g. Ideally at least 2 buttons on the mouse, no more than 6. Used for OW, Rivals, CSGO, Val, PUGB etc. Budget Ā£50-Ā£75 shipping to the UK (Glasgow specifically). Ideally use Amazon as I'm on my free Prime with my student email. Really don't want the mouse to be bulgy like my current one, as to avoid the mid-palm touching. Also my wrist bump (unlar styloid process) swells easily, perhaps that changes things. Any suggestions would be great! šŸ™‚

try lowering the strength setting in game. the recommended settings logitech provides for that are WAY too high imo. For reference, I have the pro wheel, logitech recommends I use strength 9, but for gt3 cars I use somewhere around 6.5. They are recommending 10 for the RS50 which is a higher value than they recommend for the Pro, so id suggest trying to lower that, maybe start around 5 and see where that gets you. you can make that change directly from the black box while in a session
