rules and registration havent been posted yet. Admins were notified as soon as the announcement was made in the LMU discord. Itll get done ASAP. There will almost certainly be an age restriction for whoever assumed there would be none

I understand its frustrating and confusing, but please bear with us while we get it sorted out. You should be fine to enter races and come back later to register once it is available.

that is the entire reason. Until the MCL-HY is added (if they keep it in LMU that long, and its free since they dont usually like using dlc content) itll only be mclaren cars. For the years it was in Forza, it was always some mclaren despite what people thought of it. puts everyone on equal footing at least

Hello everyone, I’ve been asking around I was really hoping if someone had any insight for a buggy/laggy picture on an LG ultra wide I’m trying out. I want to use it badly but it just bogs down at the worst times and I feel like there’s a lot of added input lag as well. Should I just revert back to my other monitor?

You may need to let us know what your monitor settings (resolution and/or any other similar settings) are, what your game settings are, and which GPU the game is utilizing to render.

Otherwise just double-check to make sure you're using the cords that came with the monitor and they are plugged in the right way.

Do you have any way to test when its laggy? Can you run test courses and it lags when you crash?

Personally, without any additional information it sounds like you may have some updated settings of a higher quality for your new monitor but your GPU can't keep up with it except only when the game is keeping things simple. As soon as you get to busier settings like multiple cars spinning out or weaving between turns the GPU is struggling to keep up with the higher settings.

• -# The first troubleshooting step for this is to usually default to the absolute most basic settings and see if the lag spikes keep occuring.

Hello I just ordered the the Astro A50 Gen 5 as they sounded exactly what I’ve been looking for (a headset that I didn’t have to move dongles or cables)

But now I’m reading conflicting information, that the Xbox usb c port is Xbox exclusive and I would have to move the since cable between pc and switch 2 every time

Is this true is there a workaround?

The A50 (Gen 5) headset has a few different ways to connect.

There are only 3 ways to connect (Xbox, Playstation, and PC). You can, of course, also connect Bluetooth devices and Nintendo Switch consoles (via the Playstation port). You can also have Bluetooth devices permanently connected.

In your situation you can have an Xbox permanently connected. You can also have a PC permanently connected, and a Playstation OR Switch permanently connected to the base station.

Can I use my A50/A50X with Nintendo Switch?

As it stands It sounds like you should be all set since you don't have a Playstation to swap around with the Switch. However, a setup with a Switch and a Playstation might require switching unless you utilize Bluetooth for the Switch. Of interest, you can hear Bluetooth and your console/PC input at the exact same time. Great for phone and other usage since you never have to swap... but just something I think is worth being aware of.

Hopefully that answers the question based on your setup well enough.. but otherwise let us know if something else was meant.

You may have to include some more information about your setup.

Good things to try are to clean out the USB slots you are plugging your wireless receiver into and that you also try the ones on the back of your motherboard if you are using a desktop. For troubleshooting purposes you'll have to also get rid of any extension cords and hubs.

I only see my headset and I was able to update the firmware on the headset...reason I am curious is I was recommended to update the basestation firmware also if one was available but G Hub doesnt list the base station ? am I miss understanding something?

The base station is the device that connects to your computer directly. It will show up as a picture with a A50 headset. Otherwise the base station does only pair with one headset at a time.

You can double-check it will effect the base station by going into the settings⚙️ . You can usually change things related to the base station like its brightness levels.

as far as what to replace it with goes, the G522 is a good place to start if you are looking for wireless and staying with Logitech. not sure on cost gap, but the mic on that is very good and its still in a decent affordability range. There are a lot of use cases tho, so recommendations change a lot on that, many of which I would not recommend logitech for any. I use the Pro X2 Lightspeed, but that is 100% based on comfort and convenience. I have a stand alone mic with better quality if the need arises so dont need to rely on the one built in
